Everybody is an expert !!!

I have had a few clients as of late that have let people work on their computers claiming expertise in computer repair.  May i suggest to all you readers out there that no one touch/configure/reapir or anything else your computer.  This is one of those categories that a little knowledge is dangerous.  I just finished coming back from a client that had their computer "worked on" it is completely unusable now and needs to be reformatted...fortunately i was able to backup all their info first...they were lucky....take your computer to a tech if it is acting up...even if it not me make sure they are qualified....This advice will save you a lot of heartache
