Where has customer service gone? You go to a store and the person "helping" you seems to be from another planet, rude, indifferent, unknowledgeable etc etc....It seems that customer service has gone the way of the dinosaur. Well not here it hasn't. My goal is customer service...from grabbing the computer from the customer at their car to going the extra mile to make the experience of getting their computer repaired just a little bit easier.
You can't please everyone but I sure as heck try. After all if the customer isn't happy he/she won't return or worse tell everyone they know, not to use our service. I guess that is the difference between my company and some of the employees at the big chain retail stores, not only do I care about the customer but i care about my bottom line as well...a good combination I think...It insures that any customer gets top notch treatment...your happy and I'm happy...a win, win situation if you ask me... and at 60.00 and a one day turnaround you can't lose..
